Our values

We care about the needs of our clients, volunteers, partners and co-workers through our discretion, rigor, openness and availability.

We encourage versatility, multi-tasking and accountability of our staff, volunteer groups and volunteers.

We seek to maintain a constant relationship of mutual support with the MRC community through our involvement, dedication, friendliness, kindness and our dynamism.

Volunteering is very important to many people. Volunteering not only helps to develop your talents, but also helps to make the people around you grow and feel happier. Volunteers are dynamic and involved in a wide range of sectors, based on their interests and availability.

Thank you and well done to each volunteer!

My little happiness of the week!

Thanks for coming to see me. It feels so good to talk and have a good coffee with someone. This is my little happiness of the week!

Thank you so much!

I want to thank you (the CAB) for throwing a Christmas party for us. I am a caregiver to my husband who suffers from Alzheimer’s. I was able to have a good time with him and play bingo. It changes our minds and makes us experience something other than the disease.

A good meal and great activities!

I live alone. When the volunteers from the volunteer group invite us for a good meal and nice activities (like musicians) it gives me joy in my heart. THANKS!
